Forza Horizon doesnt start

We have a problem that it is not possible to start Forza Horizon. It worked perfectly well until some days ago.

No, the key is not needed to redownload it. I talked about redownloading the account and factory reset keeping games and apps, not uninstalling a game. If you need to redownload it, go, on the account that owns it, to My Games and Apps > Ready to Install
and it will be there.

What happens when you try to star it ? Do you get any error codes ?

Perform the hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the
console.

If that doesn't work try uninstalling/reinstalling the game.
