    Forza Horizon DirectX problems


    Good morning,

    I've finally ended Forza Horizon3 downloading this morning, and i just wanted to launch it

    but i've got a message telling me that my graphic card does not support directX 12.

    Ive tried to check if i had the directx12 and i had it. So i don't understand why ican't launch the game

    I precise that i play on a old ASUS ROG, and i can remove my graphic card and change it if i want.

    Please help me

    i install Forza horizon 3 but i cain,t play my Directx is 12 but it displays the error message graphics card does't support DX12 (code:FH501) please help me ?

    Hello,

    I have bought Forza Horizon 3 for Windows 10. When I start it I get the following error message:

    "Videocard supports no DirectX 12 (Code: FH501)"

    I followed the instructions and checked my DirectX version with the tool.

    I have installed DirectX 12 (see picture).

    What error messages do you get? Are your graphics drivers updated? Specifically what are the specs of your computer, GPU, RAM and CPU

    yeah your card is not supported, need to have a DirectX 12 gpu.
