If it was a digital media download follow the instructions in my previous post above with the License Transfer.

If it was a digital media disc, also follow the instructions from the post above and delete and reinstall the game from disc.

If you meant something completely different, please explain again.

...my forza horizon who was in internal Storage did not open at all, went to the initial screen of the game and had to clean the disk being the game was in PHYSICAL MEDIA, and the game did not open anymore,

Was the game copied from your disc to the console, or did you download Forza Horizon as a digital download?

In both cases, if the console was replaced due to repair, you will have to re-install the game.

If you downloaded the game from the Xbox marketplace, simply
do a License Transfer and download the game again on your console after the License Transfer.

If you installed the game from disc, go to the settings of the console, and under storage find Forza Horizon. Then delete the game (do NOT delete your savegames, delete the main game only).

Then insert your disc, and install the game again.
