Forza horizon and Teredo game service.

Goodmorning everyone. currently i am having trouble playing forza horizon 4 online.

I bought the game around 2 days ago and have messed around with the network on my pc, and found out i dont have ipv6. The internet provider i am with (Kcom) Doesnt supply ipv6 addresses at the moment. Is there a workaround to getting online on my game using ipv4 instead of ipv6?

Teredo just wont work and i have heard that it only works with ipv6 addresses.

Forza Horizon 4 - Teredo service problem on PC.

Read this if you have a Xbox Networking problem on your Windows PC

Message : 'Teredo is unable to qualify' , and 'Service Connectivity' is blocket in Xbox Companion Console.

For everyone who follows the troubleshooting steps on https://support.xbox.com/ , when you c'nt play Multiplayer an Xbox game on PC.

It can helps when you :

Reset your Modem/Router after each step, and see of the problem is gone.

I followed the steps 5 and 6 for solution the Teredo and Service problem, and after that, I reset my Modem/Router.

Now I was able to play Multiplayer in Forza Horizon 4 on my PC.

Ipv4 works perfectly fine with Toredo and Forza Horizon 4. I have been running first my PC and then my Xbox off of Ipv4 for over a year with FH4 without any problems (at least without any problems on my end).

Judging from you screenshot, there is something else blocking things...I just checked and my PC is showing Toredo Unable to qualify but server connectivity is showing connected. Not entirely sure what to suggest though...could be an issue with your router, could be an ISP issue, could be something in your PC settings.

Sorry for the issue with the Teredo. We suggest going to the
Forza forums there are multiple people with this issue and there are some work arounds and fixes that may work there. Here is a link to a certain post that talks about Teredo and possible solutions.

Forza post on DNS but has Teredo in it
