Forza Horizon 5

Over the past few days, I've been trying to figure out why Forza Horizon 5 won't launch on my PC. I tried all of the troubleshooting methods I could find on the internet such as logging out of the Microsoft store and Xbox app, uninstalling gaming services and reinstalling it, clearing the local cache for the Microsoft store, repairing and restoring the game, the store, and the Xbox app, and countless other things. Finally, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and when I tried to reinstall it I got an error code. So I fought with that for a couple more days and now I finally got it to install again somehow, not sure what I did differently this time compared to all the other things I had tried. But now that it's installed it won't launch, go figure. I keep getting an error message saying that there is a file system error and gives me an error code, -1069586941, which I looked up and it says could be file corruption. So I ran multiple scans in multiple different ways using the scan option through settings and ran scans and disk health checks through cmd but everything says that there is no corruption found and that all my files are fine. So I have no idea what else to do and it's really ticking me off now. I hope someone on here can help me find a solution that doesn't include resetting my PC and wiping all my drives.
