Forza horizon 5 won't play after new update

I have here steps that we can try, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

"1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​"

If that didn't work we may need to uninstall and reinstall the game.

Thanks for the assistance. The game does not load. It freezes on a black screen amd then gets stuck on the first loading screeb. Never opens the game

If I may ask, what is the exact error or issue that you're experiencing whenever you're trying to launch the game after the update?

This unfortunately did not work for me the new update of Forza Horizon 5 just came out and it wants me to download 102GB.

Haven't been able to play NFS Heat for a month now,and I preordered it(paid for it). Today I turned system on and Forza Horizon 4 (updated) won't load.Come on guys,about to cancel game pass and not buy digital copies again.

Can you run forza yet? I have the same issue after update
