Forza Horizon 5 Wont load into game

Ive been dealing with the game crashing and taking ages to load in. But now, its just gotten to the point of where I cant play at all. I launch the game, brings me to the main screen, press continue and it just sits there going through the main screen cut scenes. At this point Im beyond frustrated because Ive been waiting for this game to come out ever since I saw it was going to be released. Ive tried all the trouble shooting except uninstalling because I dont have a fresh save due to me crashing. I tested this by trying to play on my xbox and it said I didnt have a save from my "other xbox" or my pc. Ive tried running it in administrator mode, repairing it, closing all the apps that say they make Forza crash, I dont know what to do anymore and I cant contact support because everyone is going that way because it was a terrible launch. If anyone has suggestions on what I could do to fix my game, please, anything would be appreciated

All of my Microsoft and Xbox games are downloaded on my external drive including the previous Horizon, which is Forza Horizon 4. I changed where new apps are stored when downloaded from the Microsoft store to my external drive but it still wont download Forza Horizon 5 to my external drive. On the Xbox app it wont show my external drive as an option to download to. I am able to download any game from the Microsoft store and Xbox app to my external drive except Forza Horizon 5.

I have tried most of the trouble shooting options and still no fix. I want to try reinstalling but Im just scared Ill lose all my data because it couldn't load a save on my xbox. I dont remember what it said exactly, but Ill repost if I go and look again
