Forza horizon 5 won’t launch

My forza horizon 5 won’t launch it’s a digital copy I’m signed into the account that purchased it I’ve tried re installing and trying to load on another console but no matter what the game crashes when you press a to load in on the loading screen I’ve even tried deleting the save space and syncing the storage again from cloud but nothing seems to work

Please check for game updates. Ensure that Forza Horizon 5 is fully updated because game patches fix launch issues.

And then power cycle your console by holding the Xbox button, select Restart Console, or unplug it for a few minutes before turning it back on.

Next is to clear persistent storage. To do this, go to Settings > Devices & Connections > Blu-Ray > Persistent Storage, then select Clear Persistent Storage.

If the issue persist after performing the troubleshooting steps, kindly uninstall and then reinstall the game this will delete the corrupted files too.

I have Game Pass code but my Forza horizon 5 won’t let me play it only through regular game pass for some reason

I have this error when I try to launch Forza Horizon 5 and Flight Simulator. Launch Xbox app is fine.

This issue start at first time launch. I never play Forza and flight sim in my life.

Thanks for responding appreciate it so it basically means when I get the new console and start up my Forza Horizon 5 I still won’t be able to play online right?
