Forza Horizon 5 won't launch through Game Pass

I logged a support ticket with Turn 10 (below) because Forza Horizon 5 won't launch through Game Pass. They started to try to solve the problem then advised I come here. It's pretty poor that the developer won't support their own product and apparently Microsoft won't either, beyond providing a forum for community members to pitch in.

I've gone through several troubleshooting steps, including those detailed here. I've even reinstalled Windows 10, but it's unfortunately still a problem. I've also checked my language settings match my profile and turned automatic time sync off temporarily.

I included an error code in my original report, but that only appears sometimes. Usually, the loading window will pop up and then disappear.

Hi RainingRoses. I installed Forza through the Xbox app. It crashes after displaying this window for a few seconds. Later today, I think I will reinstall Windows, launch Forza before anything else, then install my other applications one-by-one to see if I can find the offending utility.

I see. Is it the same error with Crusader Kings 3?

I reinstalled Windows this week and it did not resolve the issue.

I am fairly sure an SFC scan was one of the last things I tried previously before reinstalling Windows.

Would the dxdiag file or cras report files I uploaded to Turn 10 be helpful? I can't see a way to upload them here.
