Forza Horizon 5 won't dowload

I have tried all of the above and it is still giving me the same error

After restarting it just said this.

- If that doesn't solve it, you should do a clean installation of your system, because apparently there is something preventing the system from being reinstalled, it could be anything, so before formatting, follow the procedures in the topic above.
