Ive tried everything that was listed here now all i get is: Forza Horizon 5 is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Store and try again. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001

Yes i am currently signed in under my only microsoft account that the game was purchased on.

Also, the error code 0x803F8001 you provided seems to be a possible firewall or something on your network blocking a gaming service. Unable to Read TCP port from registry is the answer I get back when I look up this error. The other reason for this code is that it's not recognizing your purchase of this game.

Are you logged into the correct account on both Windows 10 and the Xbox App/Microsoft Store on your PC? It's possible to have an account signed into the store that is different from the account you're logged into on the PC itself. Double check to make sure they both match and are both the account that has access to the game.

Looking up your error code, it appears that it can also be fixed by pressing [Win] + [R] at the same time, typing "WSReset" and confirming. This should reset the store cache and should resolve that error code.
