Forza Horizon 5 Will not load

My refund request got denied for a game that doesn't work on PC so here we are. Forza 5 gets stuck on the "launching game" screen for a few minutes and then crashes. there are no error messages or anything just crashes. I've tried every fix that is available online and nothing has worked. I put in a forza ticket and was told to deal with Microsoft support, which there is no easy way to get to online apparently.

Really just want my money back but since I can't, any help would be great.

It is really sad to me that a game that is two years old, still doesn't work, and won't even get refunded.

My forza horizon 4 has had problems loading over the last couple of weeks from gamepass, sometimes I have to start it 5-6 times before it loads in.

Another option that I can recommend is if your problem is with the PC. reinstall Windows or check if your version is updated as a last resort. I use Windows 10 and I have not had problems with anything so you could consider changing the operating system, but I have noticed that Windows 11 does, if so you could also report the problem through Microsoft support in the following link.

Navigate to the search bar and enter your issue. Press Enter or click "Get Help." Sign in to access support options. Choose the appropriate product, select the appropriate category and confirm your selection. The system will provide you with support options to help you further.

Nothing to worry, you can still possibly have your refund approved by disputing the refund webform decision.

You will need to reply to the refund email result and help them understand that your refund request should be granted.

Once you have disputed the refund decision, you will receive a response from them within 72 hours.

No worries, I had also a similar issue before and had my refund request granted by disputing their decision.
