Forza Horizon 5 will not install

Hello! This issues is a two parter, both surrounding that I cannot get Forza Horizon 5 installed on my machine, either through the Microsoft Store or the Xbox app. To make it easier to follow my issue, i recorded what i'm seeing, and there is text in there guiding you through the video. As far as the synopsis goes, I am unable to install Forza Horizon 5, I own the Premium Edition, on my PC as of late. Before the Rally Adventure DLC came out, I used to play it all the time. Then once that was released, i had several install issues and decided to reinstall the whole game because that was what was recommended to me by Xbox support, and now i'm stuck here.

As you can see in the video, trying to install form the MS store just sits on the Install screen, and if i go further into the Store to try to download the individual parts of the bundle, I get the infamous Something went wrong error. You will also see my several attempts to open up the Xbox app, in which each case it crashes. Here is a list of my failed troubleshooting steps so far:

Reinstalled Windows four times, first with Windows 10, then Windows 11, then another couple Windows 10

After reinstalling, i installed nothing else, and tried to install FH5 first

Disabled my security software, you can see how that behaves in the video

Reset the MS Store and Xbox apps in Settings

Reinstalled the MS Store and Xbox app

Cleared out my Windows Credentials

Checked Event Viewer (nothing there)

I tried doing one of those Xbox chats with a certified gamer, they pointed the finger at Forza support who is saying this is a MS problem. So i seem to be going in circles here, and nobody is helping me. It's disappointing i spend $100 on a game i can't play, and my computer can easily handle the game, because it did for the year and a half before Rally Adventure came out, and worked fine with Hot Wheels!

This is what helped me and got Forza to download.
1. Go into the Microsoft Store and search Forza Horizon 5 Standard Edition.
2. Next you want to click on Forza Horizon 5 Standard Edition and you want to click Install from the Xbox app.
3. This will take you to the Xbox app and when it takes you to the Forza game scroll down and look at the tab named "Included in this bundle" And click Forza Horizon 5.
4. This should take you to the regular Forza Horizon 5 game rather than the Standard Edition, And then you want to click install and this should download the game.
