Forza Horizon 5 will not connect to Horizon Life [Win 10 PC]

Copying from my Forza support ticket because they directed me to ask Microsoft or Xbox:

From the day I bought the game, I have been unable to connect to Horizon Life and play in multiplayer. I have already checked the Xbox Networking settings on my PC and it shows the NAT type as "Open" and Server connectivity as "Connected." I also already tried to change my DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. I am playing on my university's network and I am sure that the Horizon servers are not blocked as I have no issues in the past connecting to Horizon Life in Horizon 4. Every time I attempt to connect it says "Alert: You have been disconnected. Please try again later." When I press Enter to view the network diagnostics, there is no popup. Usually if I press enter with this message it shows that the connection was successful to 11 locations and asks me to retry. I have retried to connect maybe 30-40 times in the last 2 days and have had no success. I am playing with the Ultimate edition which I bought from Steam.

I once again tried to connect and got the same message. The support ID is 5e7db06a-76b8-4d7e-a8fc-9f61db3bb778. I'm not sure what to do. Did the Teredo and Xbox server connection fix and it is already working.

Thanks for trying Lester, but none of that helped. Still unable to connect to multiplayer in Forza Horizon 3 or Forza Horizon 4 on PC.
