    Forza horizon 5 went missing from my library


    When the new hotfix for Forza 5 was released, I decided to close the game and then update it, but the update was stuck, so then I decided to restart my PC. When I launched the xbox app after restarting, Forza horizon 5 suddenly disappeared in my library, and when I searched for the game on the app, the game appeared as needing to be installed and when I started the download it would get stuck. After some troubleshooting, I can now reinstall the game ( and currently in the process of downloading) but my main issue is that I belive that the game is still installed on my ssd and the game seems to be installing a fresh download, which means i currently have over 100gb of wasted data. Is there any way to re-initiate the old version of my game file or at least install it so I don't have wasted space?

    Hi there Casper welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. Yep have seen this on other users and I believe it may be caused buy your Game being on One Hard Drive and Some or all of your Add on content being on C drive for this problem to happen.

    To check this go to Apps and go to advanced and look to see what drives the Add on content is on. And if on C move it to the same location as the game.

    I have the same problem. For example i'm missing forza horizon 2 from my gold library, but if i search it in the store it I can still install it for free, since i redeemed at the time.

    Well now it shows 20 more games but still gears of war 1 is missing. Also noticed that forza horizon 2 is also missing. And both games are digital and can be downloaded from the store.
