Forza Horizon 5 unable to connect to servers

Hello,

I have Forza Horizon 5 Premium edition and recently my game has been having issues. Every time I log on, I get an error message stating that the game is unable to connect to the servers and it is using the fallback festival playlist. The issue is not with my computer, my internet connection is fine and the game files are not corrupted. I have tried relaunching the game, restarting my computer, and repairing the game files, and nothing seems to work. The gameplay works just fine except for when I try to use online features such as the auction house or festival playlist. I have no idea what the cause for this is and any help would be appreciated.

I tried this last night on Forza Horizon 5 and I couldn't even connect to the servers.

Does the issue only happen to FH5 when you play the game online? How about your other Xbox games?

Make sure that your Windows is up-to-date.

Then let's try this:
Open the Xbox App (Xbox Console Companion) on your PC and navigate to the settings button.
Click the Network tab and let it run its cycle.
Once it's complete, you will see your Xbox Multiplayer NAT type and Server connectivity:

Thanks for trying Lester, but none of that helped. Still unable to connect to multiplayer in Forza Horizon 3 or Forza Horizon 4 on PC.
