Forza Horizon 5 still taking days to download in 2023

I downloaded horizon 5 once and that was when it first released. I deleted it for space a looong time ago. Throughout all of 2022 it has had a problem downloding and even now in 2023. You'd think this would be solved but microsoft has completely neglected this situation. I've done everything on every forum and even had to reset my pc at one point for a different reason, so i know it's not my pc. It's a software issue that microsoft does not care to fix. Can anyone provide me a new solution to stop the download from slowing down to kbs speed or 1mbps at 3-4%??

It is the only game in the xbox store that has this problem for the past year and maybe even years

This is what helped me and got Forza to download.
1. Go into the Microsoft Store and search Forza Horizon 5 Standard Edition.
2. Next you want to click on Forza Horizon 5 Standard Edition and you want to click Install from the Xbox app.
3. This will take you to the Xbox app and when it takes you to the Forza game scroll down and look at the tab named "Included in this bundle" And click Forza Horizon 5.
4. This should take you to the regular Forza Horizon 5 game rather than the Standard Edition, And then you want to click install and this should download the game.
