Forza Horizon 5 says controller disconnected

and I submitted a ticket with them and they are saying it's your problem. I purchased the game/package for release today and there was ZERO mention of any kind of issues that would prevent me from playing it.

thank you for the information, but how does this get resolved? and do you know how I can reach someone at Microsoft for a refund, because this is where i was directed when i tried to contact support
