forza horizon 5 refund

i preordered the game and when i got it it was working just fine other than the game is insanely glitchy but they are known problems and are being fixed so i decided to keep it and play what i could but one day i was greeted with the message that says the game is no longer on my library because it was refunded even though i never put in a request for a refund and i was told to buy it again from the shop. So i checked my xox account and my bank account and i saw that there was no refund request and money was never refunded to my account and when i go to the Microsoft store to attempt to buy it it says play i own this but then it brings me back to the same message. Has anyone else had this problem.

You can try replying to the email you received denying the refund to contact the refund specialists, but Forza Horizon 5 is a Play Anywhere title, so what you have will already work on the Xbox.

I have the same problem. Did not ask for a refund and did not get a refund. When looking at previous orders, it says Forza Horizon 5 Premium Edition is cancelled. Can someone please help me out?
