Forza Horizon 5 Premium Edition on PC Exception Code: 0xc0000005

I pre-ordered the Premium Edition add-ons of Forza Horizon 5 on 4th of Nov via the Microsoft Store

When I tried accessing it this morning (5th Nov - early access) it would not launch.

I tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it, however the game stil wont open.

I contacted Forza support and they told me it was a platform issue

I've updated all of my drivers and have a high end pc

Is there anything else I'm missing?!

Hello, My name is Jesse. I'm an Independent Advisor and a member of the Microsoft community and I'd love to assist you today.

- Go to search box next to Windows icon and type CMD

- Then right-click on Command Prompt and select Run As Administrator

- Type sfc /scannow & press enter

- Once the above completes then type DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth & press enter

- After the completes type DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth & press enter

- Restart the PC

I have this issue on PC as soon as I enter free mode.

The game works fine on my XB1X

I've gone through all the troubleshooting steps in the article, and Forza support tells me to contact microsoft support.
