Forza Horizon 5 Premium Edition not showing in Xbox library

Hi Gabriel,

As noted already, unfortunately only the Standard Edition of FH5 is available on Game Pass.

You can always purchase the add-ons bundle if you access FH5 through Game Pass: Forza Horizon 5 Premium Add-Ons Bundle | Xbox or if you would prefer to own the game with the premium add-ons, then you would need to purchase the Premium Edition

You receive the Car Pass, the Welcome Pack, VIP Status and the Hot Wheels DLC releasing July 19th with the Premium add-on.

Hello again,

I uninstalled and reinstalled my profile back to to the Xbox and still nothing shows in my library. I went to Included with this Xbox console to see if I can redeem the game again and all it shows is "Claim on Another Account" (which I have already tried that and the same message popped up) It's only Forza 5 that's having this issue on my console. It won't show up anywhere in my library, but only the standard version thats on Game Pass. I even checked the Microsoft store to see if I even own the Premium Edition of the game and it says I don't even own it.

The game is linked to your account even if you cancel the subscription

So if you cancel the subscription you're going to lose access to the game pass library

If you want a brief example:

You are playing Forza Horizon 5 included in Game Pass, but you really like the game and you decide to buy Forza Horizon 5 Premium Edition (not the upgrade, the full base game + DLC'S)

When you cancel the subscription, you're going to be able to keep playing Forza Horizon 5 due to you already purchased it

First, make sure that the Forza Horizon 5: Hot Wheels is showing up on your order history, please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders. You should see any of these stated as "completed":

Forza Horizon 5 Premium Add-Ons Bundle

Forza Horizon 5 Premium Edition

Please let me know what you will see because as I have checked there is no "Ultimate Stunt Edition" for Forza only for the game HOT WHEELS UNLEASHED.

Also, make sure that the Hot Wheels expansion is installed on your Xbox by following the steps below:

"1. In My games & apps, highlight a game (but don't select it).

2. Press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game and add-ons.

3. Select the game in the upper-right corner of the screen."
