Forza Horizon 5 Premium Edition - Missing content

Hi all, I am hoping someone can help me here. I recently upgraded my system with a new CPU, Mobo and RAM, therefore I installed a fresh, legitimate copy of Windows 11 Professional edition, activated with all updates installed.

I re-downloaded Forza Horizon 5, and was able to launch and play FH5 just fine for quite a while.

That was, up until I selected one of the DLC cars from the JDM Jewels Car Pack which I own. The game crashed, and Windows Event Viewer logged the following Critical Error:

I looked into this further and found that, according to the Xbox app, I only have the "Forza Horizon 5: Hot Wheels" and "Forza Horizon 5 Rally Adventure" DLC packs, which is incorrect because I know I purchased the premium VIP edition a long time ago. Here are a couple of screenshots showing my library according to Microsoft Store, vs the library reported by Xbox:

Xbox App -> My Library

Microsoft Store -> Library -> Games

Clearly, there appears to be a huge discrepancy between what the Xbox app thinks I have, and what the Microsoft Store thinks I have. I would really love a solution to this problem so that I can continue using content I've paid for

Any suggestions are most appreciated!

EDIT 1: I would like to point out that trying to download anything other than the FH5 base game simply doesn't do anything. This same behaviour is exhibited across both the MS Store and Xbox app.

As noted already, unfortunately only the Standard Edition of FH5 is available on Game Pass.

You can always purchase the add-ons bundle if you access FH5 through Game Pass: Forza Horizon 5 Premium Add-Ons Bundle | Xbox or if you would prefer to own the game with the premium add-ons, then you would need to purchase the Premium Edition

You receive the Car Pass, the Welcome Pack, VIP Status and the Hot Wheels DLC releasing July 19th with the Premium add-on.

those things are account entitlement, as opposed to the DLC which are separate downloadable packs. You can access them from the manage game screen or inside the game

What graphics card are you using? If you're on Nvidia, there are lots of users who are experiencing issues with the latest drivers. Try the version 566.36 or 572.16 of their drivers and see if you will experience the same issue.

Some items included on the Premium Edition include installation and some don't such as the Forza Horizon 5 Car Pass and Forza Horizon 5 VIP Membership which should be available inside of your game immediately.

In this case, simply quit the game then restart your device to re-sync the game data.
