Forza Horizon 5 Please reconnect wheel error

Hello, this is what happens, so I immediately start to mention that it happens to most people who bought a forza through a Microsoft store.
When you enter the forza, it throws out the error please reconnect wheel and you do it and it throws out again, which means that it is up to the forza because it does not happen to anyone on the steam version. I installed forza yesterday in the hope that I will really enjoy while playing on my steering wheel, but it doesn't always have to have a problem and that eliminates what happens to most people, so I ask you to do it on this occasion because I want to enjoy forza horizon. 4 it was really well done as far as the steering wheel and other controllers are concerned I don't know what you are going to do please contact these people forza and tell them this problem is happening. I hope it will be fixed as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding !!!

First, make sure that the Forza Horizon 5: Hot Wheels is showing up on your order history, please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders. You should see any of these stated as "completed":

Forza Horizon 5 Expansions Bundle

Forza Horizon 5 Premium Add-Ons Bundle

Forza Horizon 5 Premium Edition

Please let me know what you will see because as I have checked there is no "Ultimate Stunt Edition" for Forza only for the game HOT WHEELS UNLEASHED.

Also, make sure that the Hot Wheels expansion is installed on your Xbox by following the steps below:

"1. In My games & apps, highlight a game (but don't select it).

2. Press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game and add-ons.

3. Select the game in the upper-right corner of the screen."
