Forza Horizon 5 play score

I was playing Forza Horizon 5 when all of a sudden my save was gone. So I reinstalled FH5 and had to earn everything again. When I wanted to sell my first car again in the auction house. so i gone in my auctions and i saw a car that i sold on my old account. So I tried to reclaim the car but the game said that I already offered this item with a different score. So now I'm hoping to get my old score back. I hope someone can help me please.

But unfortunately microsoft cannot manage the game internally.

What I advise is that you contact the forza service channel, explain the situation, that they can access your accounts internally. And so, the chances of being able to help you is much greater.

Chances are the newly started save has over-written the old save. However, go through everything on the following page and, if nothing works, click on the "Lost Saved Data Ticket" link at the bottom:

Note that they won't be able to restore your save (levels etc)...all they will do is restore inventory, credits etc

Also bear in mind, you may not get a response straight away...it sometimes can take a while for them to do anything
