Forza Horizon 5 (PC) closes after focusing

Ive been trying to play Forza for the past few weeks and at first i was getting an issue where my cloud save wouldnt sync, after some troubleshooting and patience i was able to fix that and get the game to launch but now when launching the game would close immediately, the only workaround ive seemlingly found is that if i launch the game then focus a different window while it tries to launch then the game will fully launch and even be playable if i use my controller but the second that i click the window to bring it into focus it will close , i made a quick video to demonstrate it (https://twitter.com//status/1651792656031178753?s=20) i have already tried a mass of troubleshooting found in the forums and with Xbox helpers and this is currently the only game from the xbox app or my entire pc that is doing this i see an event in Event Viewer stating The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID

and APPID

to the user from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Microsoft.GamingApp_
This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.
ive removed some of the information above but the appID seems to be Forza itself

Since this has been happening few weeks ago already and that is connected to an issue with syncing your cloud save. Let us check if both issue - crash and cloud save - are cause of outdated system, add-ons, mods, corrupted/missing file or third-party software. Let us split your concern into two: crash and cloud save.

Since it is clear in your video that the issue is not related to outdated apps, may we ask for the version of your PC?
- Please type WINVER into the Windows search bar and hit Enter.
Also, we notice that you have installed Xbox Insider Hub app, may we confirm if you are part of Xbox Insider?
Are you part of PC Insider, too?
You have mentioned that this is the only game installed from Xbox app that crashes. May we know what is the version of Xbox app, Xbox Game Bar and Gaming Services? Please check by launching Xbox app > select Profile picture > Settings > About.
May we know if you have any of these installed in your PC - antivirus, antimalware, VPN, firewall, proxy and PC Optimizer?
How about add-ons for the game and mods?
Can you please confirm if all the troubleshooting you have performed are stated on this support article - Troubleshoot issues with the Xbox App for Windows?

So far, from the details you provided, you can try the following steps on the support article that we mention in our 7th question. Please check the following steps below under launching a game from Xbox app for the steps. Should you haven't tried one or two, please perform and update us on how it went.

The unique thing I like about Horizon 2 is one is not confined to a closed track, Forza 5 is fun but becomes a little repetitive after awhile!
