Forza Horizon 5 online not working

the game wont connect to the other player sessions no caravan no races nothing but it still works for other minor things like paintjobs car assets ad weekly rivals

and when i try join a session simply goes with :"You disconnected" "retry or go in single player" and yes i already tried methods from another thread (https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/xbox/forum/all/forza-horizon-5-keeps-disconnecting-from-online/bc7abf12-c4ba-472e-9bc6-558e93ba54ab) but nothing and obviusly i've already checked the firewall and i'm playing over wi-fi connection

Hey , bro, you fixed this lags and sound-lags in Forza Horizon 5? How? Please ask me, i am playing Forza Horizon 4 , but Forza Horizon 5 don't work with this wheel, i am sad

May I know if this is your first time trying to play the game FH5 on this machine?

Is it the Xbox version? If so, try to verify and repair its files.

Open the Xbox app for Windows.
In My Library, select the game title.
Select the More options (…) button and choose Manage.
Select Files and then Verify and repair.

Hi, the game doesn't say any error message, or codes.

When I reach out to the developers they just say that I need to contact microsoft about this problem.
