Forza Horizon 5 online not working at all

The game, FH5 came in 2021 on novemeber. As i have played the previous game before, Forza Horizon 4, i like the franchise, so i decide to get it as a christmass present for me. Sadly after a few days after i got the game and played, i encounted a problem, i wasnt able to connect online at all. No ranking racing or lobby game or racing. But weird is that i can see tracks that people make, can see tunning settings or vinyls people are making, seasonal content. I tried to reach Forza Support about this but didnt manage to get a fix, even after 3 months. I though that the game, cause i bought it from Steam it had problems, but recently i manage to get Xbox Pass and try the game as well, but still have the same problem. So the problem aint the platform i own the game.

I tried all kind of fixes : verify integrity of the game, check my internet connection, reinstall the game, checked my Xbox account, update my video card / windows and shop, allow the game on antivirus, etc.

Right now i dont know what is the problem, either my pc has a problem, my internet provider or the game itself. On this picture i put the error that it shows when i try to connect online. Again, i sended tickets to the Forza Support, but didnt manage anything.

My pc is strong enough to run the game on high, 16gb memory, Ryzen 5 1600, Nvidia GeForce Gtx 1070.

BigG_15, probably your NAT type isn't open, and your TEREDO protocol isn't qualified as well.

Try to configure your router that way:

Call your internet service provider, and ask them to open the ports described below on your router.

Port 88 (UDP)

Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

Port 80 (TCP)

Port 500 (UDP)

Port 3544 (UDP)

Port 4500 (UDP)

Also ask to disable and then, enable it again the UPnP function and if you have a modem and a router the process has to be done on both devices.

Besides, ask them to put their PC's IP in the DMZ zone configuration.

To locate the IP of your PC: On the taskbar, select Wi-Fi network > the Wi-Fi network you're connected to > Properties.

Under Properties, look for your IP address listed next to IPv4 address.

Hey , bro, you fixed this lags and sound-lags in Forza Horizon 5? How? Please ask me, i am playing Forza Horizon 4 , but Forza Horizon 5 don't work with this wheel, i am sad
