Forza Horizon 5 not working and it's not visible by windows and microsoft store

Hello, im fighting with Forza Horizon 5 for sometime right now and every tip that i found on microsoft support pages leaded only to bigger destruction. I was about to install last hotfix for Forza Horizon 5 when i got pop-up about Forza Horizon 5 being offline: "forza horizon 5 cannot open because it is offline...". I updated everything, i installed every thing that microsoft store and windows wanted me to install, i searched through internet for solutions that helped other like restarting game data via Apps & Features to only see that windows and microsoft store and xbox apps don't see Forza at all. Now game shows up as "Install" instead of "Play". I can't install it because i have 25GB of free space left. I don't know where game is installed since i installed it on second hard drive E:\. I have theory where it can be but ofcourse as Admin on my system i dont have enough permissions to enter this folder and delete game files manually. So right now i have over 100GB of dead data that i cant even uninstall. Game still appears in search menu when i type "Forza" but i cant run it can press on it, nothing. So please, anyone if there is someone that knows fix for that or at least give help me uninstall this game so i can spend another 2 nights on installing it because...well....internet kind a slow haha, I will be absolutely grateful.
