Forza Horizon 5 Not saving settings

Hello, since I have reinstalled Windows on my PC (clean setup with formating the drive) Forza Horizon 5 won't save some settings. Every time I start the game I get the first time setup window, if I would like to keep, change settings or do a benchmark. I would like to change the language of the game from russian to english but this is not possible. When I change the language in the settings it wants to reboot but after the reboot it sets it back. Same with graphic settings it will not save the settings after i restart the game. For example I change the motion blur to off but it is on every time I start the game same with vertical sync. But some settings are saved for example the difficulty of the AI will be kept even after restart. So far I tried: reinstall the game, delete the game files from C:\Users\%user%\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.624F8B84B80_8wekyb3d8bbwe. Even did a new install of windows but nothing helped. Before the first windows reinstall everything worked perfectly fine. How can I solve this issue?

Can you verify that your Xbox app and Gaming Services are up to date?

Open the Xbox App

Click your profile icon at the top right corner of the page
Select "Settings"
Select "About" on the left panel

The first set of numbers under "Version" will display the current version of your Xbox App.

Current versions:

Xbox App: 2112.1001.10.0

Gaming Services: 3.60.12001.0

In regard to the Xbox app language issue, you are not able to change the language of individual Microsoft apps without changing the Windows language currently. However, this is great feedback that we will look into.

Hello, yes I have the latest version of Xbox App and Gaming Services as you can see in the screenshot(sry my pc is in russian, but I think you can still see the versions. Can I change the language of Xbox App without changing Windows laguage?).

Are your saves not being saved in Forza Horizon 5?

Did you have issues with your Forza Horizon 4 save?

This error prevents you from playing Forza Horizon 5?

There's no settings to change what side of the road you drive on, if the games locations is set to a country where they drive on the left, then you drive on the left, if it's set to a country where they drive on the right, you drive on the right,

Forza Horizon is set in the USA and drives on the right,

Forza Horizon 2 is set in Europe and drives on the right,

Forza Horizon 3 is set in Australia and drives on the left,

Forza Horizon 4 is set in the UK and drives on the left,

and where ever Forza Horizon 5 will be set, we'll drive to that country's side of the road.
