forza horizon 5 not launching at all (xbox game pass)

My xbox game pass subscription expired recently so i renewed it a few days later and everytime i try to launch the game (directly from .exe or from xbox app) it literally justdoesnt launch and gives this error. ive reinstalled it, tried wsreset, tried different accounts, used regedit, and the exact same error. it said it was updating ONCE but i dont think it is because on task manager, the network usage for the xbox app and aynthing related is nothing much

Yes. Other games are OK.

Forza horizon 4 is OK too. But I bought it.

And Forza horizon 5 uses Game Pass.

I can start Forza 5 on my PC, can not start on Xbox serious S.

i don;t think the image i sent loaded but when i try to run the game, it justshows the file path of the game and says "the process has no package identity"
