Forza Horizon 5 Not Downloading (Slow)

I am trying to download Forza Horizon 5 since its launch i.e. 9 Nov 2021, I am a Xbox Game Pass Member. But I can't seem to download it as it is giving me 200-300KBPS download speed. My Internet is very strong, it gives 300-400mbps. But whenever I try to download Forza, I get 200KBPS. Please Help me. I tried turning on Delivery Optimisation, I even tried resetting my PC. I even switched back to Win 10 thinking it was Win 11 issue. But nothing seems to be working... Pls Help me, am so hyped up to play Horizon 5...
