Forza Horizon 5 network issue

I'm pretty sure. Only Forza horizon 5 has this problem. I downloaded and installed Forza horizon 4 again. There is no problem. Games on other platforms also work normally.Forza horizon 5 can only enter the game when the network is disconnected, and then turn on the network, Can play normally.

Indeed. But in my case is happening on console.

I talked to a lot of users going through the same issue. I do believe it's a problem with the servers on the Horizon 5 at the moment. I try it a few moments ago, and same things happened, I cannot see any other players there, neither can connect to forza life. :/

called my Internet service provider and they have all ports open on their end. i have also opened and enable UpnP on my router and also on my modem.

i havent use the port forwarding method because i do not know what to insert in the external ip and local ip.

On my xbox settings i have everything on allow, nothing has changed the situation yet. I still get the same error.

i do not have xbox live auth manager and xbox live networking service installed on my computer. Is this maybe the issue?

In this case, it could be 2 problems.

First, your connection to the server, test it doing this:

Press the Windows button on your device or keyboard, or select the Windows icon in the lower left corner of the main screen.

Select Settings > Games, then select Xbox Network.

In Xbox Live Multiplayer, check Nat Type.

If it comes up as TEREDO can't qualify or Server connection blocked, try this:

Call your internet service provider, and ask them to open the ports described below on your router.

Port 88 (UDP)

Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

Port 80 (TCP)

Port 500 (UDP)

Port 3544 (UDP)

Port 4500 (UDP)

Also ask to disable and then, enable it again the UPnP function and if you have a modem and a router the process has to be done on both devices.

Besides, ask them to put their PC's IP in the DMZ zone configuration.

To locate the IP of your PC: On the taskbar, select Wi-Fi network > the Wi-Fi network you're connected to > Properties.

Under Properties, look for your IP address listed next to IPv4 address.

Second, could be also your account, check the privacy settings on it:

Look for the Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety tab

And change the settings "You can play with people outside of Xbox Live", "You can create and join clubs", and "You can join multiplayer games" to Allow.

Wait for 20 minutes to update the changed settings and that's it.

If they were already on allow, change them to not allow, wait for 20 minutes, and change them back to Allow. Wait another 20 minutes, and you should be good to go.

No, every other game is working okay, but all other games are not from xbox

so i guess we all have the same problem?
