Forza horizon 5 keeps crashing on launch

My forza has been crashing since Friday (8 July). I had loaded in and within 30 mins of doing the festival playlist challenges, the game crashed 6 times. It’s never done this before. 2 of those times were the blue screen error. I then thought I would check my gpu driver, it needed updating so I updated it. I attempted to load in and on the screen where you press A/Enter, the game crashes.

I then started looking on the forums as this definitely not right. I have tried many different possible solutions, even uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and it still doesn’t work. The weird thing is, i thought I’d try it on my Xbox, and randomly the same thing started happening. I am running out of solutions here.

I looked in the event viewer and saw that there was an error code prompted: 0xc0000005

So I then went to forzas offical webpage and submitted a ticket. They said that they couldn’t help as it wasn’t an ‘in game issue’ as the error code prompted was unable to be fixed by the devs as it has something to do with my system.

Just for reference, my system hardware is:

Rtx 3080ti

AMD ryzen 7 3800xt

64gb ram

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to sort this issue out?

So your saying make a new account and play it with no save loaded to see if it still does the same thing?

Yep..it won't cause issues with your other profile so don't worry (well, only if you use the same email address as I mentioned)...it's the best way to isolate if it's a save corruption issue as, if it's save corruption, then you should have no issues playing on another account on the same system.
