Do you mean Forza 5 or Forza Horizon 5?

If you buy gamepass ultimate then that includes xbox live gold & access to 100's of games on gamepass,including Forza Horizon 5 if that's what you meant.

Forza 5 has been delisted now i think anyway.

You can play forza horizon 5 if you own it

But if you only downloaded it via gamepass you don't own it

Forza horizon 4 is available though for core

My forza horizon 4 has had problems loading over the last couple of weeks from gamepass, sometimes I have to start it 5-6 times before it loads in.

Then you have to play the Forza horizon 5 or Forza motorsport as you been told already you aren't owed a game you didn't qualify for

Downloading a game from gamepass doesn't mean you own it

Only by purchasing it at a discount while it's on gamepass or during a sale do you get to keep it

Once it's delisted its gone forever
