    Hi, I was reaching out because no matter what I do, the keeps saying that the servers are down. Im on Xbox one, and I've checked to see if I'm not just the only one but everyone else series are available but mine. I've have xbox live gold, and it keeps saying that I am disconnected. For past 3 weeks I've been stuck in the fallback series. I've tried going to the game without logging in, that didn't work, uninstalled and reinstalled the game that also didn't work, I've tried everything and nothing seems to work. I've went to the forza support page and they haven't answered my report. Plus the fact that it keeps saying that I've been disconnected even though I had checked my internet connection and nothing is wrong with it. The auction house and forzathon shop isn't available as well. Please I need help.

    We understand that you've been experiencing multiple issue with playing Forza Horizon 5 on your Xbox One.

    So, I consulted my colleagues on this issue of yours and it is our conclusion that the issues with the Auction House and Forzathon Shop are basically in-game issues which can only be addressed by posting this issue over at the Official Forza Community Forums: https://forums.forza.net/

    Keep in mind this is not an issue with the Xbox One but with the game itself. But despite that there are steps you can take from within the Xbox One to ensure those game features are working. Like the one suggested in the link and photo below.

    As for the frequent disconnections that too sounds a lot like an in-game issue more than an Xbox issue. But that's of course assuming you don't experience the same disconnects in other games you play. If you are experiencing disconnects in other games too, can you tell me then if you're getting all green checkmarks when visiting the link below? You can open that link on either your Xbox or any device you have that's connected to your Internet connection at home.

    Seems like you have performed all the necessary steps, Trell1111. In this case, it would be best to reach out to Forza Support in that way they can check and validate your in-game account.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Kindly repair the game by following the steps below:

    Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Search for the game > Advanced Options > Repair > Restart your PC.

    The disconnect message is a common occurence in this game since it's release, though I have never known it persist for a slong as you have had and the fallback playlist only normally appears if the game can't connect with the servers but resolves itself once you leave you home in-game.

    The Auction House and FZ shop could be the result of a suspension...however, that doesn't affect the playlist so unlikely.

    My advice: Find out whether it is an account specific issue as, sometimes, issues are restricted to a single account (I have issues on my 2nd account that aren't present on my main despite using identical hardware). Either:

    1) Find someone local with an Xbox, and try playing the game on their console with your profile;

    2) Create a second profile (it's always good to have a spare anyway just in case, especially these days when MS is handing out bans and suspensions for absolutely nothing) and try the game. If it works, then it's an account issue, though no clue on how to fix that.
