Forza Horizon 5 failing to start up

I have tried everything to get this game to run. I know my specs can run the game, I have disabled all overlays and programs that could interfere, made sure everything was up to date. The closest I got to running the game was setting the comparability to Windows 8 (Even though my OS is Windows 10), which causes it to launch a black full screen and then crashing instead of just launching the "starting screen" and than crashing. The version I am attempting to run is the Premium edition, it was purchased on Steam, and I have managed to find an error log form Event Viewer that reads as follows
