try and resolve this issue:

Open the Component Services administrative tool by pressing the Windows key + R on your keyboard, typing "dcomcnfg" in the Run dialog box, and pressing Enter.

In the Component Services window, navigate to Component Services > Computers > My Computer > DCOM Config.

Locate the application with the CLSID and APPID values mentioned in the Event Viewer log (37399C92-DC3F-4B55-AE5B-811EE82398AD) and right-click on it.

Select Properties and then click on the Security tab.

Under Launch and Activation Permissions, click on Edit.

Add the user account VORTHS-PC-2\creep and grant it Local Activation permissions.

Click OK to save the changes.

Tried something drastic and bought Forza on Steam and it somehow launched and after quitting it and reinstalling again on the Xbox app it has somehow resolved the problem but now I have 2 copies of the same game on my pc and on the same drive. Can I uninstall one and keep the same permissions that allowed this to run?

Based on the Event Viewer log, it seems that the issue is related to the permissions of a COM server application. To fix this issue, you can trythese steps:

1. Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.
   
2. Type "dcomcnfg" and press Enter to open the Component Services window.
   
3. Expand the "Component Services" node, then the "Computers" node, then the "My Computer" node.
   
4. Right-click on the "DCOM Config" folder and select "Properties".
   
5. In the Properties window, go to the "Security" tab.
   
6. Under "Launch and Activation Permissions", click "Edit".
   
7. Click "Add" and enter the user account "creep" (without quotes) and click "OK".
   
8. Select the added user account and give it "Local Activation" permission.
   
9. Click "OK" to save the changes.
   
10. Restart the computer and check if the issue is resolved.
    

If the issue persists, you can try running the game in compatibility mode. To do this, right-click on the game's executable file, select "Properties", go to the "Compatibility" tab, and select the appropriate compatibility mode.
