Forza Horizon 5 Error Code E:47-0

I keep getting the error code E:47-0 and I have tried resetting the game, signing in and out, clearing the wgs file, and many more fixes but none of them seem to work. I have a lot of stuff and really want my progress back.

We bought Forza horizon 4 but the error code E:47-0 keeps coming up. We really hope you have a solution for us. Otherwise we vould like the money back.

Hi yes, I am also having this problem, when I launch Forza horizon 5 (on xbox app) I keep getting the error, I even downloaded it on my xbox one and it still gave me the same error when I tried loading up my cloud save for this game. Did my cloud save get corrupted? If so what do I do?

Is this happening on PC, right?
If yes, are you using the steam or Microsoft store / xbox app version?
