Forza Horizon 5 error 0xc0000005

Every time I try to sign in on the game main menu it crashes. In the Event Log it shows the 0xc0000005 error. I did every troubleshooting tip and even tried gaming off the cloud. It still crashes in the same spot. Seems to be an account issue. Forza Horizon 4 works fine and that game signs me in, 5 will not. I was playing it and the game froze and have been unable to log back in for 4 days. Whether i click start game or accessibility settings it crashes when choosing either. I reported this to Forza support and was told its a Microsoft support issue. I did sfc scan, replaced Ram, replaced M.2, replaced GPU. Did 4 windows reinstalls, 7 game reinstalls, Clean booted, added no 3rd party software. Crashes in the same location , 100% of the time. The problem is obviously not on my end.

I've tried doing everything on the link you provided, but the game still doesn't work. Code error 0xc0000005 always in eventviewer.

Has this issue been solved yet? i am suffering from the same issue across multiple devices, when i switched accounts the game loaded fine. i don't want to lose all of my progress but i don't know how to make the game work thanks.

it could be your account, but as I'm not a Microsoft employee I can't verify anything, just ask you to check, if you want to check your account only support can help with the online chat option on the live status page.

Its a 0% chance its windows 11. How do I know? I installed windows 10 and it crashed in the exact same spot. Its right after you hit start game or accessibility options. Doing it on different hardware and a completely different OS. Only similarity in all this is the game itself/account.

5 windows 11 reinstalls and a windows 10 reinstall. I can recreate the crash 100% of the time in the same location. Its very strange.

To go back to a previous version of Windows, do the following:
