Forza Horizon 5 Early Access

I bought the Premium Add-on bundle for Forza Horizon 5 on my account (set as home xbox), and it includes early access for the game. Will all the other accounts get early access too or just mine?

Hello, so today I uninstalled Forza Horizon 5, because I thought I had a problem with the early access. When I uninstalled it, the Forza Horizon 5 Premium Edition disappeared from my account. I tried getting it back, but didn't work it said that I can buy it, but not install it. Please help me!

The Steam release is also early access on the 5th...just that the Steam page hasn't been updated to reflect it
