Forza Horizon 5 download stuck issue

Same issue here, and same version 21h2.

Unable to install a paid game (Forza Horizon 5), stuck at 0% and error.

Try reinstalling the Xbox PC app or reinstalling Forza Horizon 5 to a different drive.

I've had errors and issues in the past installing certain games in the Xbox app, but normally either reinstalling Xbox app or trying to install the game on another drive does the trick.

That is so much helpful of you, but actually I already try it all reset, repair and reinstall

It feels like some kind of data limit od one time download

I've got three solutions for you.

Solution one: Repair the app.
Go to Windows settings, then click "Apps and Features", use the search or scroll down until you find Xbox (it's in alphabetical order) , then click it, then click "Advanced Settings", then scroll down until you find the button Repair and click it. It should show a tick when it's completed.

Solution two: Uninstall Xbox app.
Go to the Windows start, then search Xbox and click uninstall. Then reinstall the Xbox app via the Microsoft Store.

Solution three: Reset the Xbox app
Note: this will sign you out of the Xbox app and you will need to sign back in.
Follow the steps of Solution one, but instead of clicking repair, click reset. This should reset Xbox's cache.
