Forza Horizon 5 does not launch properly (Steam)

Hello everyone!
I can't play FH5 due to the game does not launch properly. Everything was fine with the game, but suddenly it stopped launching. I am playing on Steam version.

When i hit the "Launch" button - game launches, but notjing happens. It remains being launched and running, but stays in the background with 300 MB of RAM usage (seen in Task manager).

My PC specification:
i7-8809G CPU, 16,0 GB of RAM 2666 MHz, AMD Radeon Vega M GH GPU (4 GB), Windows 10 Pro 22H2 - Build19045.3086

I've tried everything i found on the Internet, but the problem is still present.
