forza horizon 5 crash in garage

so have fixed an issue where my game would crash when driving in the world, but now it crashes randomly in the garage if i start to tinkle in the garage it will always crash. if i go out and drive about it may crash if i go into the garage and tinkle with a car, have tried disablling antivirus and windows defender always run the game in admin that does not help, have the latest software on everything, am using windows 10 did manage to get the crash code from windows log and i believe it to be: 0x80000000000000 any help would be apriciated

Hey I also have the exact same problem. I go into the garage with a car and the second I look at rim to paint, it freezes then crashes. I can't download other players decals because it will crash. Have you resolved the problem yet? I need help

I found out that right-clicking the shortcut and selecting "Run as administrator" doesn't crash the game while playing. Good luck I hope it works for u too!

I reported the same and the Support team told me its a platform issue and not an in-game problem and that I have to report it to Microsoft directly. I have no problems with any other game and I have a cutting edge PC with latest hardware, software & drivers.

This is a problem of the game itself, please fix it. Thanks,

just tried the list didn't help i did find something curious it seems to be only on certain cars it will crash and not all of them don't know if that can narrow down the issue
