-> highlight the game

-> press the menu button

-> Manage game & add-ons

-> Click on the game

-> Select all

-> save changes

If you have any confirmation that you own the DLC, you can use that when contacting Forza team since this is an in-game issue.

I’m on Xbox, I restarted the xbox multiple times and its still saying i don’t own the dlc
