    I bought a Forza Horizon 5 Controller in Amazon, when the item arrived there is no serial code in the box & the sticker in the battery part is missing. All the manuals & code are included in the box. Controller is working fine with my Xbox series X. How come there is no serial# in the box and the sticker in the battery is missing?When I opened it, its sealed..

    Forza Horizon 5 starts the game and reports an error (0x800701b1). Reinstalling the game cannot be solved. Enter the game when the network is disconnected.

    I reinstalled Forza Horizon 4 without any problems.Only Forza Horizon 5 will have an error.
