Forza Horizon 5 Controller not connected

Hi,

it's via Xbox wireless dongle, just to clarify the controller works on other games I play like Forza Horizon 5.

I've just tested using a usb connection and it's still doing the same thing

I tried this last night on Forza Horizon 5 and I couldn't even connect to the servers.

Since you explicitly mention the game has something to do with your concern, we would highly recommend for you to submit a ticket to Forza support team - Submit a request – Forza Support. That way an investigation about your issue will happen and probably check if this is a bug that needs fixing.

Yup the exact same thing happens with me its super annoying

I'm getting the exact same bug, every time I push a button on my xbox controller which is connected wirelessly to my pc it comes up with the 'please connect a controller' prompt and 'push enter' in the bottom left corner, the controller is connected because I push the enter key, then I push a button on my controller and the message comes up again straight away. First day of release and I'm peed off already
