    Forza Horizon 5 constantly asking for sign in


    When trying to play Forza Horizon 5 on the PC it keeps asking me to sign in even though I am already signed in.

    It worked once but now won't let me get past the start screen any more.

    I paid for the premium add ons to get the early access alongside my Gane Pass Ultimate and it works on the console but not the PC.

    These steps can help you, give it a try.

    Check for updates on Windows Update, update everything including optional/additional updates.

    1. Logout from Xbox app and Microsoft Store app

    2. Look for the Xbox app and Microsoft Store app in the Windows menu, right-click, click app settings and then click terminate, restore and reset. Do this for the game too.

    3. Clear the store cache type ''wsreset'' in the Windows bar, run as admin, and wait for the screen to close and open the store automatically.

    4. Open the Microsoft Store app, click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner>downloads updates>get updates and update everything.

    5. Restart your PC, log in to both apps and see if that solves the problem.

    Kindly confirm if the purchase for the Forza Horizon 5 premium add-on bundle was successful by signing your account on account.microsoft.com > Payment and Billing > Order History.

    I totally understand your frustrations but no worries it's a great improvement that you are able to sign in to the accounts now.

    If I may ask, may I know which account was the Forza Horizon 5 game purchased at?

    If it's on your account, please sign in to your account on the console, then press the Xbox menu button > go to Personalization > My home Xbox > Then please select Set this account as home Xbox.

    Once it's confirmed, sign out from the console and have your son sign in on his account then try to play the game Forza Horizon 5 to see if it works.

    Please take your time and let's hope for the best.
