Forza horizon 5 closing out

So to cut to the chase the game closes with no error just before that dashboard intro animation finishes in FH5. I have sent a support ticket to forza team and they basically told me to contact windows as its not an issue on their end.
My specs are well beyond the minimum req, i tried every fix i could find (turn off antivirus+firewall, reinstall game, integrity checks, turn off overlays) and nothing worked. And for the love of me i cant figure out how i can get in contact with a windows representative so i resorted to this.

Thanks for trying it. If you still have this error, please try to use the System File Checker and DISM to repair broken, corrupted or missing system files:

Go to Start > Search for Command Prompt > Right Click > Run as Administrator. Run one command at a time:

sfc /scannow

chkdsk /r

chkdsk /f

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

If you already tried this step (as you mentioned that you tried integrity check, so I don't know if you referred to this), please let me know so we can proceed troubleshooting it.

This is an error shown when a requirement or file to run the game is not met/cannot be loaded. I would first recommend you to make sure the basic components to run the game are updated:

Try to reinstall Microsoft Visual C++ programs. Download a fresh copy of Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime from here and then install it:

Make sure you download the correct version of it (x86 or x64). Restart your computer after the installation.

Also, please download and install the .NET Framework Runtime :
