Forza Horizon 5 Ban

Hello community. I was console banned for permanent without any previous problems and without warning. Sitting out is bad.

When I asked why I was banned (I can't see the ban history due to error 404), they said that I bought a modded account

I explained that it's just a mistake cause I won this in a giveaway on discord and when I won they said that the accountis legit and is not modded I didnt know they were lying i got the account but I never used it I got banned without any warning or anything I would do anything to get removed from console ban cause now when I want to play with my friends on my main account it won't let me can someone please help me get this removed I'm begging this is just a honest mistake I swear on my mother's life.

So it seems I broke a rule. I explained that this was not intended on purpose reason was i didnt know it was a modded account. I'm very uncomfortable with the whole thing. I will immediately delete my modded account and will do anything it takes to get my main account back if they are accessible) and asked how I can clean up my account. Seriously now: I am really sad of this thing has happend i didnt do this on purpose or anything im really sorry i have been crying for the past couple days but a warning would of been good? Then I would have understood it and would simply delete the account and give the guys gamertag who gave me the account



Anyway, I'm looking for help on how I can clean up my account. Ideas or suggestions?
