Forza Horizon 5 and other games not working

Hello, i got a new computer recently and i wanted to play some games from gamepass but they don't launch, mostly games with large file sizes, i've tried Craftopia which started working out of nowhere recently but Forza Horizon 5 isn't.

I have no clue what could be the cause apart from drivers or incompatible specs because i don't have any popular incompatibilities installed.

My GPU is RTX 2060

My CPU is AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-Core

I have 16 GB of RAM

My monitor is 1920x1080 75hz and my NVIDIA Driver version is 512.95

I've tried resetting and repairing my gaming services, the xbox app itself, and reinstalling the games aswell but it didn't work, all non-xbox app games on steam and other work perfectly, and on my older machine, it works just fine. Thanks in advance if somebody has a solution

I'm pretty sure. Only Forza horizon 5 has this problem. I downloaded and installed Forza horizon 4 again. There is no problem. Games on other platforms also work normally.Forza horizon 5 can only enter the game when the network is disconnected, and then turn on the network, Can play normally.

Yes. Other games are OK.

Forza horizon 4 is OK too. But I bought it.

And Forza horizon 5 uses Game Pass.

I can start Forza 5 on my PC, can not start on Xbox serious S.

I have not played any game other than forza horizon 4, and I plan to play forza horizon 5 the day it comes out.

No only this game Forza Horizon 5, other game Minecraft working normally, game2 from steam, EA, Ubisoft, Epic all normally i play.

As a first simple troubleshoot step, please try to register KERNELBASE.dll again:

Go to Start > Search for command prompt > Right click on it > Run as administrator. Run the following two commands (one at a time):

regsvr32 /u KernelBase.dll

regsvr32 /i KernelBase.dll

Restart your computer and see if the issue is solved. If the problem persists, please follow the steps below to install the gaming services again:

- Go to start > Search for PowerShell > Right click > Run as administrator. Type the following command and press enter:

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

- Press Windows + R and type in "regedit". Press enter.

- Search for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services

- Delete the folders "GamingServices", "GamingServices.net" (if they're still there).

- Go to Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Microsoft Store > Advanced Options > Reset.

- Go to Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Xbox App > Advanced Options > Reset.

- Press Windows + R. Type TEMP and press enter. Delete all the files inside this folder. Repeat this step by typing %TEMP% and Prefetch. Delete everything on both folders too.

- Press Windows + R. Type WSRESET and press enter.

- Delete the cache folder at:

C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider_8wekyb3d8bbwe\AC\TokenBroker

- Also delete Microsoft Store local cache files at:

C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe

- Restart your computer. Run Powershell as administrator and run the following commands (one at a time):

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

- Install the app on that page and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.

- Restart your computer one more time. Open the Xbox App and sign in with the same account as the Microsoft store.
